Well established Regional Human Resources Manager responsible for recruitment of employees for various branches in NJ, NY and PA. Will coordinate and attend on-site job fairs, outside job fairs and other recruiting activities. Must have experience with recruiting for hourly positions both directly and remotely. Ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable with a stand-alone role and possess strong organizational and time management skills. Must also have experience within a larger company environment and high volume recruiting. Other responsibilities will include facilitating training sessions and employee relations. Day travel to various office locations is a requirement. Bilingual is a definite plus. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
