MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TOOLS OR BE WILLING TO PURCHASE THEM Requirements:
Must be able to work Lift 80lbs or more Stand for 8 hours Rapid learner Consistency and Attentiveness Use a variety of cleaning products and equipment Complete tasks on time Work hand in hand with the maintenance supervisor.
Willing to buy their own maintenance tools.
Responsibilities:
Drywall Repairs Plumbing repairs Maintenance repairs Electrical Repairs Painting Carperntry ON CALL DUTIES In addition, you will assist the maintenance supervisor with the following:
Complete building grounds (Mantain parking garage clean) Take out property trash from all floors Sweep, Mop, Vaccum all floors Clean elevators and elevator banks Properly clean all vacant units (full apartment cleaning) Clean windows & doors Lobby Bathroom Clean gym and bathroom gym Organize delivery packages and remove any from lobby area.
You will be interviewed by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
Please, be prepared to walk the building on your interview date.
