15pm We are a boutique group fitness looking for a front desk sales associate that lives and breathes fitness to become part of a family vibe atmosphere.
Front Desk Associates work solo 65% of their shift so a confident, proactive individual that takes pride in their work is imperative.
Here's what the position entails:
Greeting all who enters the studio in friendly warm manner Provide the TBT concept to any interested consumers Keep up with studio updates provided via staff group chat Answer phone, speak with members, and handle other tasks assigned by management Providing studio tours Working hand-in-hand with trainers to give first timers a great first experience for their first class Selling memberships to help the studio continue to grow Following up on prospective clients Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution Participating in marketing and outreach events Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Functional computer skills required MS Office basic programs (Word, Excel), Internet, basic computer program software use Must be proactive and disciplined enough to work in an environment with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills Social Media savvy Ability to identify, analyze, and develop solutions to problems Detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for health and fitness and helping others succeed EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Previous Front Desk/Admin experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred) INTERVIEW PROCESS PART 1 20 Minute Zoom Interview PART 2 Invite to studio to meet in person and take a TBT Class to experience the TBT culture first hand Job Type:
