You'll be responsible for preparing patients for surgeries, helping doctors treat animals and administering medications to animals.
You'll be part of an extremely well-organized team that includes doctors, nurses, receptionists and office staff, so you must be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities:
Work in the animal hospital.
Assist in the care of patients and monitoring of patients' progress.
Make rounds with a veterinarian to collect data on patient condition and progress.
Maintain a clean and organized veterinary hospital.
Advise clients regarding their pets' health needs.
Perform lab tests.
