This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, inventory postings, cash/bank account management, payroll processing, sales tax filing and other tasks related to finance.
The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite bookkeeping as well as in an environment with high-volume transactions (purchase orders and invoices) via EDI.
There is currently one staff member in the department but others will be added under the bookkeeper as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities Track sales, expenses, cash flow and other financial dealings of company Review and analyze NS financial reports Monitor accounts payable, receivable, inventory and cash Ensure timely and correct processing of payroll Ensure timely and correct processing of sales tax returns Establish and implement effective basic financial controls and policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field 5
years of bookkeeping experience 3
years experience working with, including posting, to NetSuite Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail orientation Follow-through thoroughness High standards of excellence Job Types:
