Integrated Marketing Director

Our perfect match is someone who can dive into accounts with Analysts to analyze performance data, leverage that data to brainstorm a novel approach to creative messaging with the Creative team, and can interface with clients, all in the same day.
o What youll do o Performance Oversight:
Define and track objectives, goals and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts across the vertical.
Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop strategies to optimize marketing efforts based on performance insights.
Communicate results to internal stakeholders across the organization.
o Strategic Development and Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including business, creative & content, TV and Paid media, operations and data science to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Identify and leverage learnings and synergies across departments to drive success.
Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors to enhance marketing capabilities and expand reach.
o Prioritization Evaluate, prioritize and drive marketing initiatives based on strategic impact, available resources and potential return on investment.
Make informed decisions regarding allocation of budget to maximize the impact of marketing efforts to support our sales agents and performance objectives.
o Client Engagement :
Partner with our internal account team and serve as Marketings representative during client engagements.
Understand the client relationship and their needs, objectives and challenges to deliver tailored marketing solutions.
Conduct tactical coordination with our clients across various media channels to ensure incrementality and delivery of shared results.

Minimum 6 of experience in performance marketing, acquisition, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) companies, with a focus on marketing strategy and execution.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
Exceptional understanding of various marketing channels, including digital (Search, Social, Display, Video), traditional or offline advertising (TV and DM) and more.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, project management software, etc.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture and adapt to changing priorities.
