Knowledge and some experience in masonry work Thoroughly review documents and drawings Ability to analyzed and interpret drawings Making detailing Take offs (Brick, CMU, EIFS, Stone, GFRC, etc) and providing quantities Responsible to communicate when drawings and specs are contradictory (RFI) Knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical documents Strong computer skills (including excel and takeoff software) Great attention to details Well organized and reliable Maintaining due dates Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
