The first 9 months of the job will include a rigorous curriculum, working on a rotational basis between various teams and touching multiple areas of the business through our inter-connected and collaborative company environment.
At the end of 9 months, we will put you in the area that best fits your capabilities and interests.
Your first role will last around 5 months and then we will rotate you to another position that suits your interests and fills our business needs.
We will determine all of this collectively.
The teams included in this rotation are:
Internal account/client team - manages relationships between the different insurance carriers for whom we sell their products and analyzes data to find real-time trends in the market.
Data analytics team - develops the best-in-class capabilities in data science and analytics in lead generation, call center operations, and retention spaces.
Marketing team - consists of creative marketing and media buying and focuses on actively managing a portfolio of several brands across a variety of marketing channels.
Lead Bidding and Management--helping with pacing and balance so our sales teams have the best leadsOperations--consists of learning and understanding all that is required to have the systems function well and our clients happy with the technology and digital efforts we deliver on their behalfWhat you'll need to land the gigGraduating senior in May 2023 or recent college graduateCommunications, Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting major/minor preferredAbility to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlinesAbility to perform in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to express yourself in a clear and concise mannerGreat organization skills and attention to detailProficiency in Excel and comfortable with learning and expanding your Excel capabilities--we use excel a lot!The peopleAs a Business Specialist, you will be based in our Fort Lee, NJ Office - working a Hybrid Schedule (In office 2 days week/Home 3 days week).
