We take pride in our highest level of care and therefore are looking for a dedicated and a talented individual to join our team.
We specialize in treatment of high-functioning, motivated, successful individuals, presenting with a broad range of mental health issues - ranging from anxiety, depression, addictions, interpersonal problems, to personality disorders.
An ideal candidate would be licensed or license-eligible (limited permit) to practice psychotherapy (under supervision) in the state of New Jersey.
Successful candidates is a graduate of an accredited Clinical or Counseling Psychology program with either a doctoral (PhD/PsyD) or masters (LMHC/LMSW/LCSW) degrees.
Successful candidates is able to work independently, but enjoys a collaborative and collegial working environment.
If selected, you would be joining a tech-savvy practice which aims to minimize administrative burdens and maximizes clinical time with patients.
We will provide you with administrative support, full control of your own work schedules, and freedom to develop own therapeutic style.
You will have an opportunity to join weekly one-hour face-to-face supervision, and participate in the weekly group supervisions, have access to peer support.
We proactively work to build your optimum caseload.
This full-time position requires a commitment of a minimum of 30 patient hours per week, and offers a competitive salary with health insurance, a matching 401K, and subsidized continued education courses, and a flexible schedule including deciding on the proportion of in-person to virtual sessions.
