As a member of the Direct Response TV (DRTV) Marketing Team at TRANZACT, you will be accountable for managing overall budgets, analyzing daily media metrics, and driving adjustments as needed to support business objectives. This position will supervise the functionality of DRTV media management and is responsible for reporting on a wide scope of KPI evaluations which include creative and station performance, media portfolio and expansion tactics, and call center handling and closing metrics. We seek an experienced DRTV manager or director who has a clear understanding of the drivers for success in performance-based advertising and the desire to increase revenue and overall efficiencies for the business. Liaise with external media partners and internal key stakeholders to ensure business points of view align with media strategies Ensure excellence in media and creative analytics by developing reports pertaining to KPIs Analyze media alternatives and recommend how to best allocate the budget Be proactive in delivering performance observations and recommendations Leverage internal data resources to develop consistency and accuracy in media projections Research and synthesize competitor data to keep current with industry trends and media landscape Assist with training and supervision of other media team members Work closely with Business Operations to support the essential mechanics of media management Approve media schedules and invoices related to monthly budgets and dub house costs Expanded responsibilities will be considered depending on candidates demonstrated qualification Bring Omni- Channel functionality to open the marketing funnel for growth The People As a DRTV Media Manager you will be based in our Fort Lee/Raleigh/Miami or WFH office and report to the Senior Director for TV Media. experience with marketing campaigns, ideally working with Direct Response Television, Radio and/or Direct Mail. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong attention-to-detail (executing programs and delivering results) Self-starter who can develop a vision and bring a new strategy to-life with clear action plans and outcomes. Effective collaborator with a strong ability to influence, engage and motivate direct and indirect reports and peers. Works well with clients and external constituencies in a highly professional manner. Manage multiple commitments, prioritize effectively, and identify highest leverage areas. Ability to work under tight timeframes. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data and consumer research to shape strategies and drive outcomes. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Media Production & BroadcastingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
